Where we deliver

We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan served by our courier partners, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta and Bahawalpur.

Delivery charges

PKR 150 for addresses in Multan and PKR 250 for the rest of Pakistan. The exact amount is calculated by Stylica and shown at checkout before you confirm. An order with items from several boutiques may arrive in more than one parcel; you are charged delivery once per order.

Delivery times

In-stock items are handed to the courier within 1–2 working days and normally arrive within 2–5 working days. Made-to-order and bridal pieces show their making time on the product page. Public holidays and weather can add a day or two. If a boutique expects a delay it will message you in your order chat.

Cash on Delivery

Stylica accepts Cash on Delivery only. Please keep the exact amount ready; it is the total shown in your order. You can check that the parcel is addressed to you before paying. Never pay anyone in advance, and never pay a different amount from the one in your order.

Changing the address

You can ask the boutique to change the delivery address from Account → Messages while the order is Pending or Confirmed and before the parcel is handed to the courier, as long as the delivery fee stays the same.

Tracking and failed deliveries

Every order has a number like STY-2610-A91F2C. Use Track order or Account → Orders to see each step: Pending, Confirmed, Shipped (with courier and tracking number) and Delivered. If the courier cannot reach you after its delivery attempts, the parcel returns to the boutique and the order is cancelled. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels may restrict your account.
