What is Stylica?

Stylica is a Pakistani multi-vendor fashion marketplace built in Multan. Verified boutiques, weavers and jewellers sell lawn suits, kurtis, bridal wear, men’s shalwar kameez, khussa and Kundan jewellery in one place, and every order is paid with Cash on Delivery.

Is Cash on Delivery available all over Pakistan?

Yes. Every order can be paid in cash when the parcel arrives, in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar and every other city we deliver to. You never pay online in advance.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is PKR 150 inside Multan and PKR 250 for the rest of Pakistan. In-stock items leave the boutique in 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 2–5 working days.

Can I return or exchange a lawn suit or kurti?

Yes. You can request a size exchange or a refund within 7 days of delivery from your account, as long as the item is unused and the tags are attached.

Are the boutiques on Stylica genuine?

Every seller is checked before going live: CNIC, business details and bank account are verified by the Stylica team, and every new listing is reviewed before shoppers can see it. Ratings come only from customers who received their order.

How do I track my order?

Open “Track Order”, enter your order number and phone number, and you will see every step: Pending, Confirmed, Shipped and Delivered, with the courier’s tracking number once it ships. Signed-in shoppers also get app notifications for each update.

How can I sell my clothes or jewellery online on Stylica?

Tap “Become a Seller”, add your store name, CNIC and bank account, and our team approves your boutique, usually within 24 hours. Listing is free; Stylica only takes a category commission when an order is delivered, and your earnings go to your wallet for payout.

Do you have promo codes?

Yes. STYLICA500 gives PKR 500 off orders of PKR 5,000 or more, and WELCOME10 gives 10% off your first order (up to PKR 1,000). Enter the code at checkout.

Is there a Stylica mobile app?

Yes. You can install Stylica on Android from the app, or add it to your home screen from the website on any phone. The app works offline for browsing and sends order updates as notifications.
