How to Spot a Genuine Seller Online: Verified Badges and Real Reviews
Anyone can open an Instagram page. What makes a seller accountable? What the Verified seller badge means on Stylica, how to read reviews and ratings, and the red flags to avoid.

Online fashion in Pakistan is full of beautiful pages — and some of them disappear with your money. Before you order from any shop, ask one question: who is accountable if this goes wrong?
What "Verified seller" means on Stylica
A store shows the Verified seller badge only after our team has checked the owner's identity, business details and bank account. Payouts go only to that verified account, so a seller cannot take the money and vanish under a new name. New stores also start with limits and their listings are reviewed before shoppers see them.
Reading reviews the right way
On Stylica only customers who received the item can review it or rate the store, so every review carries a Verified purchase label. Even so:
- Read the 3-star reviews — they are usually the most honest about size and fabric.
- Look for reviews with photos of the actual piece.
- Check the store rating *and* the number of ratings: 4.8 from 3 orders says less than 4.5 from 300.
- A brand-new store shows "New store" instead of a rating. That is not a bad sign, just a reason to read the listing carefully.
Red flags anywhere online
- Prices far below the market for "branded originals" — see how to spot replica lawn.
- Only stock photos, no real pictures of the piece.
- Pressure to pay in advance by bank transfer or wallet "to confirm the order".
- A seller asking you to continue on WhatsApp and leave the platform.
