Returns and Refunds on Stylica: A Step-by-Step Guide

Buying clothes online always carries one worry: what if it does not fit, or is not what the photos showed? On Stylica you have 7 days after delivery to ask for a return, an exchange or a refund. Here is exactly how it works.

Before you open the parcel

Check that the parcel has your name and order number on the Stylica label. Pay the rider the amount shown in your order — never a different amount. Then open it carefully and keep the tags and packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item.

Step 1: request the return

Go to Account → Orders, open the delivered order and choose Request return on the item. Pick the reason and, if the item is wrong, damaged or not as described, add two or three clear photos (the full piece, the problem close up, and the tag).

Step 2: the boutique answers

The boutique replies within 2 working days. It either arranges a pickup or tells you where to send the parcel. If it does not answer, or you disagree with its decision, use Report a problem in Account → Messages and the Stylica team decides.

Who pays return delivery?

  • The boutique's mistake (wrong item, damaged, defective, clearly different from the listing): the boutique pays return delivery and you get a full refund including the delivery fee, or a replacement.
  • Change of mind or you ordered the wrong size: you can still return an unused item with tags, but the return delivery is yours and the original delivery fee is not refunded.

How do I get money back if I paid cash?

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer or JazzCash / Easypaisa to an account in your name, within 5 working days of the boutique receiving the item. Stylica will never ask for your PIN, password or a one-time code to send a refund — anyone who does is a scammer.

What cannot be returned

Clothes stitched or altered to your measurements, opened earrings (for hygiene) and items damaged after delivery. Faulty, wrong or fake items can always be reported.
