Selling on Stylica: From Verification to Your First Payout
A practical guide for boutiques: what verification needs, how listings are reviewed, what new stores can do, how Cash on Delivery money reaches you, and how to build a strong rating.

Stylica is built for Pakistani boutiques, karigars and jewellers who want buyers across the country without running their own website. This is the path from sign-up to your first payout.
1. Apply and verify
Create an account, open Become a vendor and fill in your store details. Then complete verification: your identity, business details and the bank account where you want to be paid, and sign the seller agreement. Our team usually reviews applications within two working days. Your documents are kept private and are never shown to shoppers. See also how to sell clothes online in Pakistan.
2. List your products
Use your own real photos (good daylight, the full piece plus close-ups of embroidery), the correct category, honest fabric details and a size chart. As a new store your listings are reviewed before they go live — clear photos and complete details get approved fastest. If you need a category that does not exist, request it from the listing form.
3. Ship on time
When an order arrives, confirm it, pack it in a sealed flyer with the Stylica label fully visible, and hand it to the courier within 48 hours. If something will be late, tell the customer in the order chat — a quick "your stitching needs two more days" keeps ratings high.
4. How the money reaches you
Customers pay the courier in cash. After delivery your earnings (price − discount − category commission − agreed shipping) wait for a short hold period — 14 days for new stores, 7 days once you are established — and then become available. Request a payout from Wallet (minimum PKR 1,000); it goes only to your verified bank account.
5. Grow from New to Standard
New stores have daily order and listing limits. They lift as you build a record: delivered orders, few returns and no upheld complaints. What helps most:
- Describe every piece truthfully — "not as described" returns hurt the most.
- Answer messages and complaints quickly, and accept fair returns under the return policy.
- Never ask customers to pay or talk outside Stylica; it is treated as fraud.
